The Requirement

PWC’s 2016 construction in Barangaroo Sydney received a national award from the Master Builders Association for the outstanding fit-out.

The MBA judge’s comment: “No stone was left unturned to produce the ultimate home for such a prominent firm. Every item considered has been accomplished in this unbelievable installation and the results can speak for themselves. It would require a book to outline all the features of this project and the finishes attained are simply outstanding. A benchmark project without a doubt. Congratulations to all for such an achievement.”


Uplifting Applications in Action

Uplifting monitor arms were a fundamental part of the fit-out with every working desk being equipped with a dual monitor arm, the model 7045/700-8408, and a specially designed laptop tray to accommodate the five different devices in use at PWC. Any of the five mobile devices, laptop or tablet, could be securely fitted to the ‘tab-mate’ style tray, and adjusted to the optimum ergonomic position without the need for any tools.

The Sydney CBD fit-out using Uplifting monitor arms proved very successful and was then followed by Melbourne, Brisbane and Parramatta, so that over 3,000 PWC Australian staff now have their screens supported by Uplifting monitor arms.
